The service is built for modern browsers with JavaScript enabled. That includes current releases of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave, and other Chromium-based browsers (for example Arc, Perplexity Comet, or DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser). Use a supported Windows or macOS version with security updates. Internet Explorer is not supported.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, compliance with payer rules and applicable law, maintaining credentials, and obtaining any required authorizations. You will not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed according to the subscription you select (for example via Stripe). Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific reimbursement outcomes, clearinghouse or payer behavior, or uninterrupted operation. You use the service at your own risk regarding billing decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claimflowpay and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the service. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions that should survive will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
